Transnational Partner Meeting – #2 Lebanon
Aie Serve recently hosted the second Transnational Partner Meeting (TPM) as part of the KA02 Erasmus+ project focused on digital waste literacy. The event was a collaboration between 5 different countries (Turkey, Lebanon, Portugal, France, and Romania).
The TPM provided a platform for stakeholders to share their experiences and insights on the issue. Discussions centered around the need to raise awareness among the public about the importance of responsible disposal of electronic waste, and to encourage the adoption of sustainable practices for managing electronic waste. Moreover, a demo of our app prototype, showcasing its key features and user interface was presented during the meeting.
One of the key themes of the TPM was the need for transnational collaboration in addressing the issue of digital waste. Participants from various countries shared their perspectives and experiences, highlighting the importance of working together to find effective solutions. The meeting also provided a valuable opportunity for participants to network and build new relationships, which will be essential for future efforts to address the challenges posed by digital waste.
The TPM included a scenic journey through Lebanon on a tour showcasing its rich history, diverse culture, delicious food, and breathtaking landscapes
Furthermore, the TPM marked a significant milestone in the KA02 Erasmus+ project, which aims to promote digital waste literacy and encourage the adoption of sustainable practices for managing electronic waste. Through events like the TPM, the project is working to raise awareness about the importance of digital waste management.
Overall, the TPM was a resounding success, bringing together a diverse group of stakeholders to discuss the challenges and opportunities associated with digital waste management. With the continued support of other organizations, the KA02 Erasmus+ project will continue to make progress in promoting digital waste literacy and encouraging the adoption of sustainable practices for managing electronic waste.
